    Health & Safety Administrator

    Perm Contract

    Resourcing Group are currently recruiting for a new exciting perm health & safety administrator role for a contractor in South East London


    As the HSEQ Administrator, you will assist the HSEQ Department in the planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting of the Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing Strategy.


    The role will support the ongoing maintenance of a robust and compliant quality management system across the business, thus assuring the consistency and quality of processes and services through effective subcontractor and supplier management.

    You will assist with the monitoring the organisation's compliance with regulations and internal policies to ensure they are updated with the relevant laws.

    Assist in the internal gathering of information in response to requests by regulatory organisations.
    Work with the persons responsible for procurement to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
    Working with the Compliance manager to produce Operation and maintenance manuals (O&M) and Health and Safety Files.
    Proven experience in an health & safety Administrative Role in the construction sector - essential.
    Proven experience in working with databases and modular software packages - beneficial.
    Proven experience in data management and analysis - essential.
    Proficient user of all Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams - Essential.
