    Job Title: Project OperationsManager

    Location Cheltenham(Central)

    Working Pattern: Inoffice with hybridworking options to bediscussed during the interview. You must beable to reliably commuteto Cheltenham for thisrole.

    What will I spend myday on at Noriker

    • Plandesign implement and manage Norikers O&M strategy as amember ofthe projectteam.
    • Supportdifferentstages of the project process from an early projectrightsdevelopment stage through to build commissioning andoperations
    • Ensureoperationsinterests are met during construction andcommissioning
    • Prepareandconduct hand over process from construction tooperations
    • Buildlocalregional and international O&M networks developingtrustedinternal and external relationships with prospectiveprojectpartners and promote the development of local supply chainstodeliver O&Mcapabilities
    • Beresponsiblefor the delivery schedule of the O&M packageidentifyingtechnical commercial and programme issues and solutionsto resolve
    • Supportmonitoringof technical components / logistical elements of theprojects andensure strong feedback loop into project designsafety processes andmonitoring and controlsystems.
    • Communicationoflessons learned as well as identification of continuousimprovementopportunities
    • Assistinbusiness development and project development collaboratingwithproject managers/project engineers to ensure projectsuccess

    • Educated to degreelevel in a STEM subject or equivalentexperience
    • Demonstrableexperiencein an engineeringenvironment
    • Highlyorganisedable to work to tight deadlines and committedtoexcellence
    • Apositiveselfmotivated and accountable problemsolver
    • Excellentcommunicationand analytical skills with an eye for detail and theability tomanage multiple projects
    • ITandleadership skills aredesirable
    • Familiar withUKregulatory and HSE regulations and complianceframework
    • Electrical/powerengineering background is highlydesirable
    • Strong senseofresponsibility and contribution to commongoals
    • Eligible toworkpermanently in theUK
