Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and accuracy? We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic Exeter based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation where they value their employees and strive to provide a rewarding work environment where everyone can grow and succeed.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees accurately and timely using their payroll software.
Review timesheets and attendance records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Calculate bonuses, commissions, overtime, and other payments as needed.
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management promptly and professionally.
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; report needed changes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
Proficient with payroll software
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
