- Refine the value proposition of the program based on learnings and insights gained from ontheground experience
- Maintain high levels of engagement with customers (partner entrepreneurs) and proactively identify any challenges they are facing

Our partner entrepreneur network is the backbone of our business model, and we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help us cultivate and strengthen these critical relationships.
In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting high-potential entrepreneurs, onboarding them into our program, and ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to thrive.
This position can be based at our Berlin, Munich or London office with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon's current flexible work guidance.
Key job responsibilities
Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success.
Using air, sea and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you'll help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.
Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. They are key to making Amazon more innovative and efficient.We put safety first as our people are our priority. And we use the expertise of our people to get packages to their destination – quickly, conveniently and sustainably.
Amazon Freight (AF) is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe.
