    International Senior Account Manager for SEPHORA - Award Winning Beauty company

    Central London offices

    • £65,000 to £75,000 (Dependent on experience)
    • Bonus 10%
    • Product Allocation

    Opportunity

    Working closely with the VP of sales and marketing , you will be responsible for identifying high growth markets and creating high performing marketing campaigns to maximise ROI targets. You will lead the strategy and be given the reins to create new business opportunities as well as managing exciting customers such as Sephora.

    Requirements:

    • International sales experience managing distributors in FMCG ideally cosmetics or personal care - SEPHORA experience is essential.
    • P&L and JBP ownership experience.
    • Strong commercial awareness, acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Structured and analytical, comfortable working with data.
    • Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence.
    • You are able to utilize data to create compelling commercial arguments.
    • Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities.
