    The RoleInspire and guide colleagues by supporting their understanding of client needs and explaining the broader context, gaining buy-in.
    Provide team leadership and shield the team from distractions, ensuring a focus on delivery.
    Engage with stakeholders to create a project vision and translate it into a roadmap with a prioritized backlog.
    Communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals, including experts in their fields.
    Lead a diverse and multidisciplinary team, delivering impactful work for a high-profile client.
