    Description
    Senior Client Manager

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Business Development - Insurance Services, the Senior Client Manager will collaborate closely with Client Partners/Leads and other specialists within the Marketing & Business Development team.

    Operating in a senior capacity, the role focuses on delivering high-impact, client-focused BD activities. This position is pivotal in supporting senior stakeholders to grow key client relationships within the insurance sector globally.
    Drive and own the client growth plan, coordinating and managing the dynamics within the global account team.
    Identify growth opportunities for DWF Group and produce strategic M&BD outputs.
    Support budget and business planning processes and manage relevant budgets.
    Coordinate activities such as PR, digital marketing, brand-related activities, and internal comms to optimize outcomes.
    Participate in project teams within the wider M&BD team.
    Manage and develop juniors/line reports, serving as a role model.
    Act as an ambassador for Marketing & BD in the global business.
    Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
    Proven project management experience.
    Creative, innovative, and proactive approach.
    Sound business understanding, commercial acumen, and risk awareness.
