- Sell seasonal HACKETT collections to UK & Ireland partners ensuring quarterly and annual sales target are achieved to maximise sales and profitability.
- Accurately collate weekly and seasonal trade KPI's from UK & Ireland partners to effectively analyse business performance and identify additional opportunities.
- Manage and build strategic relationships with existing and new partners, presenting a strong understanding of their business model to maximise sales, profitability and brand desirability for HACKETT.
- Confidently be the first point of contact with wholesale partners and ensure and communication and feedback is appropriate, aligning with internal policies.
- Regular visits to customers across UK & Ireland countries to ensure product trainings, visual merchandising and marketing initiatives are actioned.
- Communicate and coordinate with key internal departments across supply chain, finance, shop construction and marketing teams. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role in the fashion industry
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
