- Responsible for long-term Net-Zero strategy and key ESG KPI's.
- Create waste reduction plan in line with the waste hierarchy principles.
- Research applicable ESG recommendations in line with industry best practice.
- Identify energy efficiency opportunities and develop transition plan.
- Liaise with customers to understand mandatory and voluntary ESG requirements.
- Develop social engagement strategy and to promote fairness, inclusion, and diversity.
- Work alongside the procurement and HR Team to create robust sustainability strategy for suppliers.
- Continually ensure that each ESG activity is being undertaken in a way that is economically sustainable for the business and ensures return on investment.
- A Degree in a related subject
- Passionate about sustainability with some experience of rolling out initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Project Management experience
- The ability to understand customer requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
