We continue to see significant demand for our Digital Transformation services, which are central to our growth strategy as a business. It is critical that we continue to build depth and breadth of capability in this area, to service the needs of our clients across these sectors.

    As a Principal you will have:
    • 9+ years digital transformation advisory and / or delivery experience in UK Government & Public Services, Transport or Defence & Security sectors
    • Experience and relevant qualifications in digital service design and delivery methodologies e.g. GDS, TOGAF, ITIL, Agile, DevOps
    • 4+ years of sales and business development experience in a recognised management consulting firm, achieving personal sales revenues of >£500,000 p.a.
    • Track record of delivering high quality advisory and / or delivery services, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations
    • Proven experience of building and maintaining positive client and colleague relationships
    • Client engagement leadership experience, directly interfacing with senior business and IT stakeholders in public sector organisations
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information in a creative and engaging manner
    • An ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
    • A passion for growing and developing high performing teams.
    Benefits

    What we can offer you:
    • A total cash package of £133,500 comprising of a base salary of £105,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
    • 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year

    Our offices are based near Liverpool Street in London, though we expect you to spend much of our time with clients at their offices. We support flexible and hybrid working.
