    As a Certified ITS Coach I help you reach your goals by igniting your inner strengths and resources.

    FEESfrom €75 EUR to €150 EUR for coaching

    As a Coach, leader and educator I am dedicated to helping others accelerate their learning and increase their performance. My training in the ICF accredited methods of the ITS Mastering the Coach Approach, matched with over twenty years in the field of education, act as a positive and creative force that challenges clients to move from intention to action. I excel in working with people who know what shifts they want to make in their life, but need guided direction and a motivational boost to move them forward. Whether you are embarking on a career change, leadership growth, business development or a new personal journey, I will be beside you, helping you discover the inner resources that will ensure your success.

    I believe that every behaviour is useful in some context - the key is to look at behaviours through a frame of curiosity, not judgement.When you take the approach that there is no failure, only feedback, you can draw on the wisdom and capability inside you. My role as coach is to create self-reflexive awareness: I help you discover that inner strength and apply it to reach your goals and achieve long-term sustainable change.

    As your Coach, I am dedicated to helping you improve outcomes in every area of your life. I believe my primary role is as an advocate for the client's goals and wishes, and I take this very seriously. I am in the business of creating self-reflexive awareness: my job is to hold the space and reflect it back, so you can see what is happening within you. I will help you access your own inner resources, build a strong self-belief and healthy habits, and create an action plan that will ensure you succeed. My training in the ICF accredited methods of the ITS Coach Approach, along with my use of NLP strategies, act as a positive and creative force that challenges you to move from intention to action.

    These key beliefs fuel my coaching relationships:

    every behaviour is useful in some context - the key is to look at behaviours through a frame of curiosity, not judgement.- there is no failure, only feedback- all the wisdom and capability is within each of us, waiting to be discovered and applied- our deeper experience is revealed in our language whenever we speak

    HOW I LIKE TO COACH

    As a Coach my goal is to serve your needs. The goal of our coaching relationship is to bring about the kind of sustainable change you want for yourself. Our coaching conversations will help by connecting you more consciously with what you feel, what you know and what you do. While I follow the clear and structured format of the "ITS Coach Approach" (ICF affiliated programme), and employ NLP techniques within that structure, no two sessions are ever the same. Each session we start fresh on the next steps in your journey.

    In our coaching sessions you will not be told what to do or how to do it. I believe that you actually have the answers within you - my job is to ask the right questions that will draw them out. You will bring me blockages to resolve, projects and plans to develop, and fears to overcome. I will guide you through the process of developing your own solutions, and offer the kind of questions that lead you to build your own wisdom.

    My goal is to work myself out of a job - our journey will be at an end when you independently self explore and have become your own coach. My ultimate aim is to develop your self-awareness so you can determine what needs adjusting in your life and to help you achieve your personal goals at work and at home. Remember - you don't need me to be an expert in your area of business, context or life goal. The expertise I bring to our relationship is around the process of defining and working through obstacles and towards objectives, along with the techniques of reflective questioning and active listening. The expertise you bring to our relationship is your knowledge of yourself.

    ONLINE COACHING

    Once we formalise our coaching relationship, I consider myself 'under retainer' to you - you and your goals will be in my mind regardless of whether we are in session or not, so if I come across any resources, readings or activities I feel you might be interested in I will forward these to you between coaching sessions. Similarly, I love it when clients email me with celebrations of steps they have taken or growth they have made throughout the journey.

    Experience, Certifications and Training CERTIFICATIONS AND DEGREES

    • Master of Education

    PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE

    I not only bring over twenty years of professional experience in the field of education, leadership to my coaching skills, but also my life experience as a traveling solo-mum who has lived in Australasia, Asia and Europe.

    Fees:from €75 EUR to €150 EUR

    Each coaching session is 45mins to 1 hour long and costs 75 Euro. I recommend at least two sessions per month for a minimum of three months for sustainable results.
