    Weare looking for an experienced team leader to join our FirstResponse family

    AtFirst Response Finance we dontsee leadership as ticking boxes andfollowing a process. We are looking for someone to think outsidethe box and trulyinspire their people. Your mindset should bearound self lead management you need to be someone who takesaccountability for your actions anddevelopment.

    Leadership here is notlike a traditional call center environment we see leadership asmuch more than this where we cultivate adult to adult environmentsand leaders are a key part of buildingthis.

    • Conduct Coaching sessions focusing on better customerservice and improving performance
    • Developmentis key at First Response so you will be responsible to develop yourpeople professionally and personallyDevelop a sense ofaccountability ownership and responsibility in your people to allowthem to carry out their professional responsibilities with the bestinterest of the customer in mind.
    • Makeimprovements to the system to provide a more efficient service toour customers.
    • You will need to be involved inprojects and work that are outside of yourteam.
    • You will have a responsibility to shapeyour departments strategy and work
    • The abilityto have difficult conversations is essential in thisrole

    What we are looking for inyou:

    • Previousexperience in a team leader or managerial role
    • You will be responsible for managing the performance of ateam who do not have targets how will you dothat
    • We need someone who takes self developmentseriously investing time and always looking at how to become abetter leader this is non negotiable
    • You willneed to understand use and investigate data to make data leaddecisions
    • Be inquisitive and have a proactiveapproach to improvement and problemsolving

      WorkingHours This is a fulltime position where your teamwill be working:
    • Mondayto Friday:
    • One day per week (Tuesday orThursday) a team member will work the lateshift:
    • One Saturdayper month a team member will work:09.00 until possibly16:00pm

    Location:Thisrole is basedin our Leigh Office (WN7 3XZ). We operate a hybridworking pattern with a mixture of office days and homedays.
