    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our small but rapidly growing company with operations in the UK, US and Australia.

    As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance for sustainable growth.

    The role will be hybrid with a minimum two days per week in our offices in central Oxford.
    Manage day-to-day financial activities with ownership of accounting systems (including P&L and Balance Sheet for all three jurisdictions)
    Monitor and implement appropriate internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity.
    Conduct thorough financial planning and analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
    Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial legal requirements.
    Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely month end close (including balance sheet reconciliations).

    Coordinate the monthly confirmation, reconciliation, and settlement (including invoicing) of all trading activity and industry costs in the UK and US.

    Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers.
    Continuously assess and enhance financial processes to optimise efficiency.
    Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support Financial Controller and CFO.

    Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS)
    Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Proficient with Microsoft suite and specifically, Microsoft Excel.
    Experience collaborating with team members remotely and across time zones.
    Experience with Xero accounting software (or similar).
