If you are an HCPC registered Dietitian with extensive NHS clinical and management experience, looking for an opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a friendly and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
This post offers a unique challenge for a highly motivated and experienced expert dietitian with proven line management experience, excellent communication skills and a passion to support innovative service development at our hospital.
This includes the recruitment, appraisal, CPD and operational performance management of the team, working closely with the professional leaders for all professions.
~ To be responsible for service development, particularly to develop integrated working and to develop improved patient pathways across primary / secondary care services.

Qualifications and TrainingCertificate / Diploma in management or relevant demonstrable experience of managing the complexities of delivery of care within the NHS.
MSc Health Management or similar Post Graduate Qualifications.Experience of managing change on a range of service related projects.
