    Responsibilities

    The Avison Young Industrial team are currently recruiting for an Associate to assist with lettings and acquisition of industrial property and land. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team.

    • Inspecting buildings, London and the South East, reporting on disposal options
    • Implementing marketing plans
    • Conducting viewings
    • Negotiating Heads of Terms
    • Carrying out Development Appraisals

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of the industrial market in London and South East (advantageous not essential)
    • MRICS Qualified
    • Knowledge of sales and lettings
    • Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
    • Proven ability to work as part of a team
    • Highly motivated and ambitious to succeed
    • IT literate
