- Support our Sales andDelivery teams as a subject matter expert on postcampaign analyticsclient learning agendas and RFP/RFI pitch support and aid them onusing research and insight to drive new salesopportunities
- Work closelywith our Marketing team on opportunities and content for PR pressand events
- Liaise with ourProduct team on data tooling reporting anddashboard
- Requiredskills and experience:
- Several yearsexperience in digital campaign measurement market research and/ormedia insights
- Experienceworking directly in a measurement or insights role in themedia/marketing industry whether thats in agency clientside or at amediaowner
- Experienceworking hands on with data and with relevant analytical tools (e.g.Excel/Sheets thirdparty measurement and insightstools)
- Experience withadvanced campaign measurement studies (such as brandlift)
- Knowledge of 3rd partytools andsuppliers
- Experience workingwith external stakeholders (both client and agencyside)
- Ability to convertdata and results into insights andrecommendations
- Ability tocollaborate with nondata stakeholders by communicating results andinsights in an accessiblemanner
- Preferred(but not required):
- Economicsstatistics mathematics or relateddegree
- Some technical dataand analytics skills (e.g. SQLPython)
- Experience workingin a fast paced agencyenvironment

Whatare we looking for
In thisexciting new role you will be working alongside the MeasurementDirector and the Senior Analyst in a newly formed team who areresponsible for developing and delivering our measurement researchand insight capabilities globally.
Were lookingfor someone with 8 years experience in digital campaign measurementmarket research and/or media insights. Youll have experienceworking directly in both measurement and insights roles in themedia/marketing industry whether thats in agency clientside or at amediaowner. (Note that experience working in a fast paced agencyenvironment is preferred). You must be familiar with variouscampaign measurement capabilities including brand lift studies andyou must understand how to use insights and research to drivebusiness outcomes.
Youll have proven abilities towork crossfunctionally across sales delivery and marketing teamsand you will have a track record of delivering bestinclass work toclients. You are capable of working both independently and as partof a team including leading and managing projects with support fromother team members.
You need to be passionateabout the value of measurement and insight excited to lead thedevelopment of these capabilities in the creator marketing industryand keen to prove the True Human Influence of ourcampaigns.
