- Developing and delivering learning content,
- Contributing to our industry leading research,
- Supporting our People Analytics Program services and events.
- Serve as an expert resource helping our clients solve strategic challenges and accelerating the impact of their People Analytics functions.
- Identify, develop, and deliver People Analytics consulting and learning services engagements with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.
- Develop and deliver proposals for consulting and learning services, including helping to evaluate the required effort to deliver specific components.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure proposals deliver the appropriate value for clients based on budgetary considerations.
- Leverage your expertise in people analytics to help develop additional learning content, including content hosted on community and learning platforms.
- Be a strategic partner and advisor to existing clients, coach them on how to navigate and enable transformation within their companies.
- Play an active role in helping to design, deliver, and execute research studies and resulting publications.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations at our People Analytics Program events and meetings.
- Provide advisory support to Program clients in specific areas where they need help, e.g., operating model, prioritisation, data governance and ethics.
- Update and share client intelligence with colleagues by using our client management system, HubSpot.
- Base Salary: 110,000 – 125,000 GPB (dependent on experience)
- Profit Sharing Bonus (expected 5%)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director to serve as an integral part of our Products and Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting directly with our senior clients, helping solve strategic challenges, and helping accelerate the impact of their People Analytics functions.
You will have the opportunity to contribute across all areas of our business including:
You will work closely with other subject matter experts within the Products and Services team in developing and delivering services; as well as with the Client Directors in helping identify and solve client challenges.
You will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of our firm through your involvement in developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to our overall firm growth and development.

Experience and Requirements:
1. Deep expertise in people analytics obtained by working in a people analytics function
2. A passion for helping clients apply People Analytics to create a data driven HR culture
3. Commercial acumen and ability to assess stakeholder needs, collaborate, and deliver practical solutions that drive results
4. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
5. Experience managing client relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities
6. Confident communicator with ability to successfully influence others
7. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with multiple, global teams and partners within the company to accomplish shared goals
8. Ability to take initiative and be proactive to support clients and colleagues
9. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and results orientated
10. Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines
11. Highly proficient in MS product suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel

Work Location
Insight222 is headquartered in London in a shared office environment. We have a wholly owned subsidiary in the USA with employees working remotely and on client site when needed. Insight222 has a small office in Virginia.
This role will include some travel to client locations and meeting sites across EMEA and the USA.
