    As part of this initiative, NTT DATA are recruiting a Data Management Team Manager to the next possible date.

    As a key member of our team, reporting to our Data Management Practice Director, you will be responsible for managing data teams across various engagements, and work with pre-sales and delivery stakeholders to consult with customers in data management, tools, technologies, and processes.

    In this role you will contribute towards the departmental performance such as innovation, efficiency, and quality assurance.

    It's envisaged that you will have previous line management experience along with performance management and extensive experience of SAP data migration across a range of technologies.

    The role will principally be based via home working, with visits to NTT DATA offices and client sites when required.

    Overall objectives for this role are:


    • Leading and managing Data teams, including onboarding, mentoring, and performance management with the ability to provide strategic direction, set goals, and ensure the team's efforts align with the practices and organization's strategy


    • To manage stakeholder relationships and expectations on all client engagement phases, representing the Data Practice internally and externally


    • To support client development management, pre-sales and sales activities with the Data team resources and capabilities to meet the companies commercial targets


    • To oversee active engagements to ensure high quality of delivery from initiation through the entire engagement lifecycle


    • To support data practice capability development by continuously improving the engagement methodology and providing collective feedback on our data toolsets towards the toolset owners


    • To mentor and guide internal data team to learn new tools and skills, including usage of the Natuvion and other NTT DATA owned data toolsets

    Experience & Background:


    • Experience of SAP data migration tools, data archiving tools and Master Data Governance tools and their respective processes


    • Not required, but beneficial would-be experiences with non-SAP data models and software


    • Experience of working in pre-sales and responding to RFPs


    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple data projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery whilst prioritizing tasks effectively


    • Able to advise and consult at client C-1 level


    • Experience of building and coaching teams in the data space


    • Experience of working with 3rd party providers of Data Management software, ideally within larger implementation projects


    • Experience of working with multiple global teams across different time zones and flexibility to work extended hours and travel where required


    • Demonstrates a high level of personal responsibility, pragmatism, and autonomy, planning own work to meet given objectives within a defined framework


    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders


    • Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills with good attention to detail
