    Job Description About our IC Project Governance & Ops Manager role.

    As our Project Governance and ops Manager, you bring together the key teams within the IC team to ensure we deliver projects effectively, efficiently, on time and on budget.

    You work with the 'Heads of' the various IC teams (and other marketing teams such as PMM, Marketing Ops, Leaders of key crafts etc) to help pioneer new ways to deliver excellence.

    This role will be critical in ensuring the 'One Flow' Marketing approach is a success and that we are able to establish Sage as a brand-led, customer-centric, digital-first brand, focused on Human-to-Human Marketing.

    The vision for Integrated Campaigns is to create fewer, bigger, better campaigns that can be scaled across markets and help establish Sage as the category leader.

    You will also work alongside a diverse range of stakeholders across our organisation from our Marketeers, Data Analytics Experts and Process Automation Teams.

    #You'll be responsible for delivering assurance across the Integrated Campaigns function, bringing your knowledge and experience of project delivery frameworks, quality management and analysis techniques to provide visibility and performance transparency of key strategic initiatives essential to Business success.

    A key aspect of this role is to monitor the progress of inflight projects, making connections, uncovering gaps & identifying trends providing key delivery insight and facilitating effective decision making.

    Solid financial acumen and experienced in working with complex budget allocations, cost forecasting, accruals and actuals reconciliation


    • Understanding of project delivery methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall, their components, and controls
    • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills to analyse project information & data, identifying early warning indicators that may require intervention
    • Strong relationship building and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels of the Business
