    We are on the lookout for an Account Manager (Core) to join our team, see more information below.


    Reporting to:
    Head of Business Development
    Field-based
    5 hours a week - Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm.


    Role:
    As an Account Manager (Core), your role is to manage a portfolio of existing Snap Merchants. Produce Account Management plans ensuring you understand your merchants needs and business goals ensuring Snap is aligned
    Develop and capture appropriate account plans, with supporting contact strategies, target information and activity on CRM
    Work with the commercial team to effectively maximise business opportunities
    Use data effectively to drive proposals and understand merchant performance
    Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
    Be an ambassador for Snap and communicate our brand position and value

    To be successful in the role of an Account Manager (Core) we require the following skills and experience:

    Successful track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective Account Management techniques
    Retail finance or similar experience.
    Ability to travel daily within your assigned territory
    Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre­-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
    Experience with CRM software.
