    Join BMG's dynamic finance team and be a crucial part of our growth journey.

    As we continue to expand through acquisitions, we are seeking a talented Finance Manager to assist in the acquisition accounting and integration process, ensuring seamless financial operations across our UK companies.

    Please note that this position offers a 12-month contract.
    Integration of UK Company Acquisitions.

    Align these with the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and ensure compliance with local UK tax regulations.
    Master the art of reconciling client balances, meticulously creating new ledgers to facilitate future automation.

    Partner with the treasury and royalties teams to guarantee that every penny flows correctly, maximizing income recognition and minimizing oversights.

    Forge strong liaisons with royalties and supply chain teams, overseeing the accurate transfer of processes, complete with an audit trail to ensure business continuity.

    Offer support in crafting booking instructions for operational finance teams to facilitate the month-end close process.
    Ensure that all accounting processes adhere to IFRS standards.
    Collaborate with both internal and external auditors, providing them with necessary information to ensure spotless audit reports.
    A solid foundation in accounting principles, backed by practical experience.
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
    Qualified ACA/ACCA, with a track record of excellence in your field.
