- It is essential that you have a strong track record achieving financial targets and driving profitability. Experience in managing team Profit & Loss (P&L) and financial performance of a business unit or department within Technical Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment is essential.
- Experience developing and managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and controlling costs to ensure optimal use of financial resources.

As a Director of XQ Technical, your role will involve various responsibilities related to the establishment, management and growth of XQs Technical Engineering division.
The role
Your role as Director is to drive the success and expansion of XQ Technical.
You will provide strategic direction and vision for XQ Technical, setting clear financial goals and objectives.
You will take personal responsibility carrying out all tasks required to build and establish the continued growth of the agency. Including: effectively managing the 360-recruitment process, driving business development and managing all internal hiring.
Candidate Profile
Your primary focus as a Director will be driving growth and innovation within XQ Technical. This allows you to devote your time, energy, and resources to expanding the company's market presence, launching new initiatives, and delivering value to clients without the distractions or constraints of fundraising activities.
