    The Role:
    We're looking for a Membership Manager who is not just looking for a job, but a mission. Someone who sees themselves as a key player in driving growth, enhancing member engagement, and delivering exceptional value.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategise and execute plans to significantly increase membership growth and retention.
    • Innovate and implement member engagement and satisfaction initiatives, ensuring our members feel valued and supported.
    • Spearhead communication efforts, ensuring our members are always in the loop and well-supported.
    • Oversee the development and delivery of top-notch member benefits and services.
    • Analyse data to drive decisions, reporting directly on the impact of initiatives.
    • Manage budgets with a keen eye for ROI, ensuring every pound spent advances our mission.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the member experience.

    About You:

    • You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • You bring proven experience in membership management, ideally within a small business services context.
    • You're a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results.
    • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • You're analytical, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions based on metrics.
    • You're a natural leader, ready to take charge and inspire others.
    • You are IT literate and are quick to pick up new systems.
    You do not need to know anything about business law, but if you do that will be an advantage.
