    Membership Manager – Professional Institution – up to £43k + benefits, hybrid working

    Our client is a successful professional institution providing membership services, they're looking for a confident and motivated Membership Manager with a background in engaging audiences through varied events, marketing and communications tactics. This exciting position will play a key role in development of events, communications, marketing to promote member growth as part of a dedicated and dynamic team.

    Benefits include hybrid working (2 days from their collaborative London office & 3 days remote), private medical insurance, pension, 25+ days annual leave + bank holidays, interest free season ticket loan, and more

    As Membership Manager you will be an integral part of this leading industry body, developing and delivering membership marketing materials, sponsorship opportunities, and recruitment campaigns including a high-quality programme of in-person and online events, and creative member communications.

    What do I need?


    • A passion for planning and executing a diverse range of events


    • Strong copywriting skills


    • Previous exposure to membership/professional bodies


    • Brilliant skills in communication and building stakeholder relationships


    • A proactive and adaptive mindset


    • Excellent interpersonal skills


    • Previous experience with the passenger transport industry is a bonus
