    Description

    Our client is seeking a Membership Manager - This will be working for a not-for-profit membership association, who offer specialist diplomas to students around the world.

    In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and managing global membership services. You will be the primary point of contact for membership inquiries and responsible for the end-to-end membership renewal process.

    • As Membership Manager, you'll be the welcoming face and guiding hand for all things membership-related. You'll champion members' needs, ensuring they receive exemplary service from the first inquiry to renewal and beyond.
    • Your responsibilities will span administration, communication, and engagement strategies to drive membership growth and satisfaction.
    • Your duties will include managing the end-to-end membership process, from application to renewal, meticulously maintaining accurate membership data, and providing real-time insights to inform decision-making.
    • You'll lead the development of membership communications and newsletters, aligning them with branding guidelines and collaborating with external consultants on campaigns and events.
    • A key aspect of your role will be fostering member engagement and relationships. You'll spearhead membership engagement strategy, continuously evaluating benefits and optimizing them to meet members' evolving needs. Managing the membership area, organizing workshops, webinars, and events, you'll create opportunities for members to connect, learn, and grow within the gem and jewellery community.
    • Your qualifications include a strong understanding of membership environments, recruitment, and retention strategies, ideally complemented by knowledge of the gems and jewellery industry.
    • Experience in delivering effective membership services, relationship programs, and digital communication initiatives is essential.
    • Proficiency in CRM, CMS, and digital tools like MailChimp will be advantageous.
    • Your personal attributes, such as excellent customer service skills, communication prowess, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, will be instrumental in your success. Flexibility is key, as you may occasionally work outside standard hours for membership events.
