- Full time
- Participate in the Yacht Shows, when required, & open days, with preparation of relevant documentation for each yacht displayed.
- Reception & general office duties (Log and manage enquiries for all sources: web, phone, email, etc.).
- Acknowledging & following accurately all the procedures related to contract signing, including gathering documents to comply with due diligence requirements and KYC requirements.
- Prepare Commercial Contracts.
- Organise yacht inspections when required.
- Manage Client database and prepare yacht selections and mailings as instructed by Brokers.
- Prepare draft descriptions for each Central Agency yacht
- Experience/ knowledge yachting industry is a plus
