    To help continue our growth and success, we are looking for a Communications Manager with a mix of internal and external communications capabilities.

    This position will be focused on supporting the business with high quality execution of communications activities.

    In partnership with the Head of Communications, this role will be responsible for executing comprehensive communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged and the company's external reputation is enhanced and protected.

    invoX is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited, a Hong Kong listed global top 40 pharmaceutical company with more than 24,000 employees.

    You will drive the implementation of strategic communication activities to support invoX's business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across various channels, both internal and external.

    You will play a key role in supporting the development of communications strategies, alongside the Head of Communications. You will use effective storytelling to create compelling and engaging content for internal and external communications. You will oversee the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person, to share information with employees.
    Develop global employee communications and support business teams in the development of their own messaging
    Support the execution of the Communications strategy and ensure it is well executed across the business.
    Own the plan for the use of SharePoint as the central point for internal information across the business; ensure it is fit for purpose as described in the Communications Strategy
    Maintain the internal communications editorial calendar and gather newsflow from across the organization
    Support with the development of newsflow content for the intranet
    Provide support for the management of the social media calendar, including content development
    Oversee updates to the invoX website, including content development, structure, design and programming
    Advise colleagues on the use of the corporate brand and maintain the corporate brand guidelines
    Collaborate with internal teams to understand communication needs and objectives.
    Monitor and analyse communication metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
    Proven experience in a communications role within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry (agency or in-house).
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and proficient storyteller
    Demonstrated ability to implement successful communication activities.
    Ability to be agile, deliver in high-pressure situations with short deadlines and manage ambiguity
    Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint
    Highly effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

    Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
    Experience in issues and crisis communication management.
    Familiarity with international markets and global communication practices.
    Advanced degree in Communications or a related field.
