    The Role of Area SalesManager

    • This is a field/ home based Area Sales Manager role.
    • As AreaSales Manager you will be responsible for managing relationshipswith Local Authorities and Social Housingproviders.
    • This role is a split between accountmanagement and developing business within existingaccounts.
    • In addition you will be tasked withundertaking site surveys and will be dealing with decision makerssuch as Asset Managers Repairs & Maintenance Managers andElectrical Managers.
    • You will be trackingprojects and building a pipeline with social housing providersselling neededproducts.
