    A Business Development Manager / CommercialSales Manager is needed to join a leading provider of commercialfurniture solutions. Working at the forefront of their new brandyou will take the helm in driving sales initiatives and amplifyingmarket presence.

Now as they embark on their next phase of growth they areseeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager /Commercial Sales Manager to join the team.

    Yourmission as the new Business Development Manager / Commercial SalesManager is to uncover new opportunities forge strong clientrelationships and deliver bespoke solutions that exceedexpectations. Armed with your knowledge of commercial furnitureyoull provide expert guidance empowering clients to elevate theirspaces with confidence and flair. Moreover youll lead the charge indeveloping and executing impactful sales strategies to not onlymeet but surpass sales objectives. Cultivating enduring customerconnections through unparalleled service while leveraging marketresearch to pinpoint opportunities and understand customer desireswill be key to your success in thisrole.

    Toqualify...You will be a Business Development Manager/ Field Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager /Area Sales Manager / Commercial Sales Manager or similar with a CVthat demonstrates:

    • A track record ofsuccessful sales in the commercial furniture sector or a relatedindustry.
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills you are adept at building rapport withprofessionals across all levels oforganisations.
    • An entrepreneurial approach anand growth mindset taking responsibility for your owndevelopment
    • Exceptional negotiation and closingabilities.
    • The flexibility to workindependently or collaboratively within a teamsetting.
    • Exemplary organisational skills youcan manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificingattention to detail.
    • A willingness to travel asrequired.
    • Proficient in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
    • You holda valid UK driving licence.
