    We are interested in speaking with Directors with experience in the delivery of life sciences projects.
    We have an exciting opportunity to join our Cost Management team, a friendly, professional and dynamic group.

    The successful candidate will have experience in performing as part of a wider dedicated consultancy team delivering commercial projects.

    there is significant opportunity for progression and rapid career development.

    You will need to demonstrate relevant and recent experience with appropriately sized projects as well as the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors.

    You will also be encouraged to support colleagues in various technical and knowledge management initiatives.

    As expected of a modern team you would be provided with the latest IT equipment, remote working capability, personal and professional development, continued innovation of new products and software to continuously improve and enhance our service.

    A track record of delivering appropriately sized projects for occupier and/or investor clients
    Demonstrable Business Development network and desire to grow a team around you
    Work with clients, design teams and contractors to optimise solutions
    Delivery of all pre and post contract services on Life Sciences projects, small and large
    Ability to assess and understand design proposals and advise on associated risk
    Ability to advise clients and stakeholders on procurement & contract strategy
    Undertake data collection to support benchmarking and knowledge management
    Experience of delivering high quality services from inception to completion
    Flexible and have the ability to work to deadlines
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
