This position is part of the People Services Team, who are responsible for the full lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to offboarding.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all day-to-day operational employee lifecycle activities within own area of responsibility, in line with company policies and procedures and any established SLAsBecome a proficient user of the current HR system, and ensure all relevant data and changes are captured accurately and in line with established SLAs
Ensure employee files are accurately maintained in line with the company's Data Protection Policy and GDPR guidelines
Previous HR knowledge and experience is desirable
Excellent computer literacy skills, particularly MS Office products, are essential
Excellent attention to detail in the preparation of documentation and data entry is essential
Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability to develop good working relationships at all levels, both within the business and with external service providers
Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in written English, in a clear and concise manner
We will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.
