    Description

    Client Relationship Management:

    Act as a facilitator between the engineering and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment in delivering services to clients.

    Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that align with client objectives and provide added value.
    Foster a balance between client support and revenue generation.
    Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting (Upselling and Cross-Selling):

    Set and exceed personal sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
    Monitor sales pipeline and utilise CRM systems to track progress.
    Analyse sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for optimising performance.
    Regularly report on sales and marketing activities, revenue, and forecasts to the management team.
    Work closely with the Cardonet marketing team to align campaign messaging and branding initiatives.
    Provide input and feedback to the marketing team on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support business development efforts.

    Suggest new services, enhancements, and strategies to meet evolving client needs and improve customer satisfaction.
    Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the account management team.
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the IT solutions and services industry.
    Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data.
    Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
    Prior experience in managing accounts and conducting business reviews is preferred.
