    We have offices in Paris (France), Lyon (France), London (UK), Munich (Germany) and Chicago (USA) completed over 400 projects in more than 10 countries across the world since our inception and are now embarking on an exciting phase of rapid Global expansion.

    With the opening of the office located in central London - to support our EMEA customers and to fuel our growth - we are currently looking for an ambitious open-minded Account Executive to work with our current and future customers, to drive value and build long-term partnerships between them and VPWhite.

    Key Responsibilities :

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the London office. As an Account Executive specialising in new business development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) advisory services space.

    You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the company in alignment with sales and marketing goals.

    The role itself poses a very unique opportunity to influence the build this function from scratch and as one of the first members of the team, you will be reporting to the Regional General Manager in London to contribute in building the processes and functions for VPWhite globally.

    As an Account Executive your key responsibilities will include:

    • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients in the ESG and CSR sectors. Utilise market research, industry trends, and networking to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
    • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients and lead introductory meetings to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals. Effectively communicate our advisory services' value proposition, tailoring solutions to meet individual client requirements.
    • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organisations. Understand their pain points and requirements to provide solutions and build trust in our services.
    • Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to understand clients' strategic objectives and advise them on the best ESG and CSR advisory services that align with their business goals. Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to articulate how they address clients' needs effectively.
    • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the unique benefits and advantages of our advisory services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that exceed clients' expectations.
    • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure timely follow-ups and handle any objections or concerns that may arise during the sales process and include successful transition to the relevant teams for delivery.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Sales Targets: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

    Position based full time in our office in central London.

    • Fluency in written and spoken English.

    Skills and Experience :

    The person we are looking for, has the following experience:

    • 2 years or more as a BDR or similar role
    • Proven track record of successful business development and or sales, preferably within the ESG, EHS and/or Real Estate Management Saas business
    • Proficient use in Salesforce or other similar type of CRM
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organisation
    • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Run their own strategic and targeting campaigns
    • Versed in Value Selling or similar value based selling methodology
    • Worked in or for a technology (SaaS) company

    You will be consistently driving to exceed targets on a monthly basis, be creative and think outside the box; not be knocked back when challenged but rise to the occasion and solve problems with solutions. You will also be curious about the industry and ensure that you are on trend with the latest developments within the ESG, CSR, GRC, QHSE, Legal and Real Estate markets to consistently add value to the conversations that you will have with prospects.
