    Alten Ltd is looking for an Experienced Business Manager to join our Automotive Division in London.

    As an Experienced Business Manager, you will be contributing to the development and growth of your own account, engaging in business development, career management, and P/L responsibilities.


    Your main responsibilities will be:

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

    • Maximise the potential of your future business unit by designing your business plan with mid-size accounts and major accounts in the British industrial market.
    • Create new business opportunities by prospecting for new customers.
    • Generate new business leads with existing customers.
    • RECRUITMENT AND CAREER MANAGEMENT
    • Participate in the recruitment policy through the establishment of your recruitment plan
    • Select and recruit the consultants who will join your team
    • Be in charge of the consultant's career evolution (career management meetings, annual appraisal, training management...).
    • Be in charge of the level of service of your team on your client's projects.

    PROFIT CENTRE MANAGEMENT

    • Managing your account, with relevance to P&L, and financial performance.
    • Manage customer relations and satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.
    • Manage your profitability in cooperation with other support functions (technical direction, finance) as part of the company's financial growth.
    • Align constantly your activity and manage the evolution of your offers to thrive in the development of a long-term relationship with your customers.

    Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Business administration.- Min 2 years of experience within the automotive sector.- Demonstrable experience in leading teams and performing business development activities.- Competitive basic salary accompanied by an attractive bonus based on your performance.- Company benefits including Private Medical Healthcare, Life Insurance, and Travel Insurance.
