    Description

    Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to partner with a leading alternative asset manager who specialise across the fixed income spectrum. This firm is currently going through a period of exciting growth which has seen them double their AUM in past 18 months. As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for generalist compliance activities covering both the UK & US. This role reports directly into the CCO and will for part of a team of x2.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Compliance Advisory
    • Compliance Monitoring & Surveillance
    • Compliance policies, procedures, manuals and registers as appropriate
    • Reviewing & Approving financial promotions
    • Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings, including AIFMD Annex IV reporting.

    Experience Required

    • 5+ years generalist compliance experience
    • Experience covering alternative investment funds, ideally covering fixed income products
    • Good knowledge of UK & EU regulations (AIFMD)
    • Excellent stakeholder management
