- Develop and manage strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines and ensure the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts and produce sales opportunities.
- Evangelize Clearspeed's products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances and partnerships.
- Evaluate program trends and provide analysis and recommendations to leadership.
- Define mutual goals and objectives and build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance.
- Provide for financial analyses, long-range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
- Monitor programs and establish metrics to assess the sales impact of Clearspeed's solutions in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.
- Monitor competitor activity in accounts and implement strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
- Attend industry events by Clearspeed and partners to support awareness and pipeline goals.
- Assists with the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 15 years of related experience in sales, business development, and establishing/developing partnerships within the insurance industry/financial services sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Positive, service-oriented personality.

What you will do
You will identify, develop, and manage key-account and strategic business relationships to develop solutions and create complementary services that produce sales opportunities for Clearspeed.
