Description

Service Delivery Lead needed for this professional not for profit organisation. Collaborating with teams across the business the role will involve operationally delivering a first-class IT service to the organisation.

Responsibilities are broad and include overseeing day-to-day budget administration, planning the delivery of services in line with the organisation's goals and customer expectations, developing service strategies, defining service levels, monitoring performance of service delivery and identifying and implementing service improvements.

The right person will have a good mix of:

Service delivery or operations management experienceBudget management experienceSupplier contract management skillsIT asset management skillsKnowledge of software licenses and regulatory complianceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across teamsGood organisational skills and attention to detailStrong Excel and PowerBI skillsThis is an opportunity to make a real contribution to a first class not for profit organisation that are making a real difference in their community.
