    Administrative Assistant

    Corporate Law Firm

    Birmingham City Centre

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for a to join a top tier law firm based in their Birmingham office.

    The Firm

    The law firm are a full service corporate commercial law firm who are dedicated to making a difference in business and society. Their focus on social and environmental impact sets them apart.

    The Role

    • Diary management
    • Updating the database
    • File opening and closing
    • Document management
    • Booking taxi's, hotels and travel
    • Assisting with expenses
    • Assisting with billing
    • Scanning and filing
    • Liaising with clients over the phone and email

    There is also the chance to be involved in producing court bundles, attending client meetings and with wider compliance.

    The Requirements

    This role would suit someone who has studied a legal secretarial course (such as CILEX), business administration BTEC or diploma and has some office experience in a corporate setting.

    Perhaps you have completed an apprenticeship in a law firm, an accounting firm, or similar.
