    The OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our Home Appliances (HA) Sales Independent Team as a Key Account Manager.

    You will be responsible for selling our fantastic Home Appliance products into a specified number of Key Retail customers whilst working to identify opportunities for LG to develop revenue streams Direct to Consumer and established LG Partnerships.

    In addition, you will develop effective relationships with all relevant functions both with your customer and with internal teams.

    Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAccount FocusFormulate and agree product and promotional business plans for all customers' aligned to internal targets and KPIs – this will then need to be agreed with the customer and monitored/reported on a regular basis.

    Plan account activities including effective product displays, services, promotional plans, store merchandising, staff training programmes and sales incentivesDevelop effective customer contacts with all relevant functions - commercial, buying, supply chain, store support and operations.

    Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities within the account – record and implement according to company guidelinesMonitor the customer through accurate forecasting, sales in and sales out information, budgetary control and general cost management – these need to recorded and kept up to dateWorking with Demand Planning and Sales Admin to ensure the timely and smooth running of all customer deliveriesEnsure sales forecasts and sales targets are achieved.

    Maintain accurate and up to date records and report all aspects of business to Channel Head/Sales Director and other relevant Departments.


    Corporate Responsibilities:


    Work within LG and legal set guidelines in all areas of business including: pricing, trading terms, budgets, promotions, expenses, planning and all other administrative processes.

    Develop good working relationships with all LG internal depts.

    including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer service, Logistics, Credit Control and FinanceFully understand all relevant LGEUK and LG Corporate business and product strategies including all LG's product range ensuring a high level of product knowledge in terms of features and benefits.

    Skills, Education & ExperienceExperience and knowledge of home appliances or consumer electronics.
    Proven track record of success within an account management position.
