    About The Team

    Within Worldpay, you will sit within the Global Enterprise line of business where your focus will be on large global merchants. The Global Enterprise business within Worldpay consists of several departments, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, each with its own objectives, but all working together to drive commercial impact.

    What you will be doing

    Your role will involve working across the Global Enterprise business to improve its functionality by bringing structure and implementing the Global Enterprise strategy across regions and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in leading the prioritization and delivery of strategic projects that are crucial to the commercial success of Global Enterprise. Additionally, you will facilitate the flow of information by improving communication across all Global Enterprise teams through enhanced insight generation and consistent reporting and communication of business performance.

As a B usiness Performance Manager you will be a key member of our dynamic team, taking on a diverse range of tasks and challenges that will allow you to develop a wide range of skills and expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth
    • Lead the capital planning process, ensuring alignment to the long term strategy of the Enterprise business
    • Manage communications of product delivery to a cross-functional executive stakeholder group
    • Track return-on-investment on product delivery, through establishment of reporting and consistent KPIs
    • Introduce improved structure and process to align commercial and product priorities and execution
    • Develop segment-specific product strategy and commercial business cases to encourage further product investment, in collaboration with Product leadership
    • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members as needed
    • Participate in high-level decision-making and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Enterprise segment
    • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies
    • Develop and execute effective communication strategies to engage with key stakeholders,
    • Plan and coordinate various engagement activities across the Global Enterprise organization

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

    General Knowledge, Skills & Ability

    • Sufficient intelligence, professional experience and interpersonal skills to successfully interact and collaborate with peers and senior executives
    • Highly effective communicator with an ability to tailor messaging to an audience
    • Effective storyteller with an ability to clearly articulate complex business problems and recommendations that support executive decision-making
    • Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization
    • Analytical, disciplined, data-oriented decision maker and problem solver
    • Bias toward decisive action
    • Some strategy and primary research experience, preferably in the financial services technology industry
    • Some understanding of Worldpay products and the payment landscape is preferable
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across technical and business functions across Worldpay
