    Compensation Package:

    • Base Salary: £30,000, with potential for growth.
    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): A realistic first-year OTE of £40,000, uncapped, with top performers earning over £60,000.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:
    • Experience: 2-10 years in B2B product sales, with a preference for those in field-sales or new business acquisition roles.
    • Skills: Proficient in territory management, teamwork, relationship building, and networking. Strategic in approach, capable of managing mid to long-term, high-value sales cycles.
