This combination is key to unlocking the potential of every project they embark on.

    The Project:

In the consulting segment of operations, a distinct mix of leading-edge practical knowledge and project delivery consultancy is employed to maximise the potential of every project. Our health sector is undergoing an exciting and sustained growth phase, collaborating with some of the country's largest NHS Trusts on a broad spectrum of projects. If this speaks to you, we encourage you to apply.

The client's values guide their consulting approach and outline the qualities they seek in team members:

    1. Safety First - Going Home Safe and Well: Champion the value of safety first, ensuring exceptional standards in safety, quality, cost, program, sustainability, and project compliance. Showcase advanced knowledge in Health and Safety regulations relevant to the project portfolio. Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, prioritising team well-being.
    2. Client Focus - Deliver on Our Promise: Guarantee the successful completion of key assignments and business areas, providing strategic direction aligned with our overall vision. Manage project delivery from inception through construction, ensuring adherence to the delivery program and milestones.
    3. Integrity - Always Do the Right Thing: Oversee project budgets, ensuring fiscal and ethical responsibility, and compliance with organisational and legislative requirements. Contribute to long-term strategy development for the health sector, aiming for a sustainable business future.
    4. Create Opportunity - For Our People to Excel: Lead and develop your team, encouraging them to reach their full potential. Engage in networking, innovation, and best practices, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage and implement programs.

    Requirements

Extensive experience in project and programme delivery phases for public sector clients, ideally within the Health sector (NHS Trusts experience preferred). Experience in contract administration for NEC contracts (NEC 4 Accreditation is desirable). You'll also need:

    • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent.
    • Deep expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
    • Strong commercial and financial understanding.
    • Leadership experience with large, diverse teams.
    • Skills in managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of carbon and sustainability impacts on project outlooks.

    Benefits

The client is an inclusive employer and encourages applications from a diverse range of candidates. Even if you do not meet every criterion, we still encourage you to apply, as you may be the ideal candidate for this or another role within their organisation. We are open to discussing part-time, flexible, and hybrid working arrangements, if suitable within this role.
