    Network Operations Manager – Up to £75,0000 – Remote Opportunity

    As a Networks Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Core Network, as well as providing exceptional services to customers.

    You will be leading a team of NOC Engineers, working with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing the technical and operational aspect of the network.


    Leadership Opportunity :
    Take the lead in managing the core network infrastructure and overseeing a dedicated team of professionals.

    Team Leadership :
    Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Network Operations Centre team, consisting of four members. This includes performance management, training, and professional development to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
    Assume responsibility for the management of the core network infrastructure. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the network to meet the needs of customers.
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management. Implement best practices and processes to optimize network performance and uptime, ensuring high service levels for our customers.
    This role is a remote opportunity, with travel to Brighton on occasion.
