    Youenjoy working with people and arealways happy to lend a hand whereneeded. Comfortable working in apretty fast changing environmentyou are happy to grow into the roleas the company grows. Workingwell under some pressure youve gotexperience in keeping lines ofcommunication open about timelines andworkload. With excellentexperience in supporting higher levelmembers of staff you will bevery comfortable speaking with allstaff includingdirectors/owners.

    Whatwill I spendmy day doing atNoriker

    • Youll workclosely with the OfficeManager to support across various areas ofthe business
    • Alongside theoffice manager youllwork with Directors and Senior Leadership toofferadministrativesupport
    • Assistingthe HR Director withHR/Peopleadministration
    • Help yourcolleagues and seniors withdiary management including organisingmeetings andarrangingappointments
    • Assistwith the preparation of boardpacks and monthlyreporting
    • Ensureadministration systems arekept up to date and remain easy touse
    • Helping various projectsto draftpresentations from information provided toyou
    • Help the Office Managerto ensure thesmooth and efficient running of Board/SeniorManagement meetingsfor instance drafting agendas and action plansand recordingminutes
    • Generalduties in the officeenvironment management travel management eventsandsocialarrangements
