- Provide technical support on a variety of hardware and software issues.
- Configure and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues.
- Manage and maintain the network and wireless systems.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies.
- Perform regular server back ups.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the IT systems and data.
- Proven experience working in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An Enhanced DBS is desirable but not essential as one can be processed.
