- Managing digital marketing activity that generates visibility and engagement with the brand and products, supporting campaigns and the ongoing development of the user experience
- Ownership of the PPC programme, including search and display advertising
- Management of Paid Social activity and performance
- Managing the affiliate program
- Working closely with agencies ensuring sound use of budget and KPI delivery
- Produce detailed competitor, market and consumer analysis
- Challenge KPIs to be reactive to testing, performance and market conditions
- Managing digital marketing activity to generate brand and product awareness, as well as customer acquisition
- Managing the SEO programme from both a technical and content perspective
- Helping lead the development of
- Regular reporting to present performance, delivery against KPIs and opportunities for development.
- Overseeing the management of website content, amending communications in line with product launches, campaign activity and product/category updates.
- Managing agencies with day to day execution of campaigns ensuring sound use of budget, whilst measuring and monitoring ROI.
- Deputising for the Head of Ecommerce when required
- A good communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with experience of directly impacting profits
