    Location: Nationwide

    Salary: £26,000 - £40,000 per annum

    Job Description

    Service Care Solutions is collaborating with an established Insurance Broker to hire multiple Account Executives throughout the UK. The role involves providing quotations for New Business and Renewals, offering support to the Branch, and serving as a point of reference for the Assistants. Responsibilities include communicating with clients via phone and email to drive retention and meet sales targets by utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.


    Main Responsibilities

    • Identifying continuous improvement areas and suggesting possible solutions to optimize company operations and reduce expenses.
    • Achieving positive outcomes for customers and prioritizing their interests.
    • Ensuring clear customer understanding of our products and providing comprehensive support.
    • Providing outstanding customer service while efficiently meeting New Business requirements.
    • Calculating New Business premiums based on the specific carrier's risk appetite and guidelines, or coordinating with insurers for non-delegated authority business.
    • Promptly and efficiently handling inbound telephone calls.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.


    Candidate Criteria

    • Holding a Cert CII Qualification is highly desirable.
    • Having a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in broking or underwriting.
    • Demonstrating a solid grasp of Commercial Insurance and the UK insurance market, including trends, risks, and regulatory updates.
    • Possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.


    Service Care Solutions also provides a £250 referral bonus. If you refer someone ideal for this role and they are hired, you will receive the bonus after their probationary period.
