    Description

    Based in Central London, this leading well known organisation is looking to recruit a Financial Controller for an initial short term temporary contract to assist in the completion of month end activities and supervise two staff.

    Client Details

    A large events based organisation based in Central London.

    Description

    Reporting to the Finance Director and with responsibility for two members of staff, the Financial Controller responsibilities will include:

    • Closing month end and ensuring all sub-ledgers are reconciled.
    • Deliver accurate historical Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows and analyse against the business plans.
    • Act as the main liaison point with internal and external auditors towards delivering clean audit opinions.
    • Updating and analysing EBMS Momentus system information.

    Profile

    The successful Financial Controller will be a Qualified Accountant, ideally with experience working in the events and hospitality sector, ideally in a similar role with staff management exposure.

    It is preferred if you have had previous to using EBMS/Momentus, or another Events Booking Management System.

    As this is a temporary position you will need to be available at short notice.

    Job Offer

    A daily rate of c. £250 plus an opportunity to work in a high profile organisation on a hybrid nature.
