    CRM Manager

    As the CRM Manager , you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our customer retention and engagement strategies.

    Analyze player data to segment customers effectively based on behavior, preferences, and demographics, allowing for highly targeted marketing campaigns.

    Create personalized and engaging communications (email, SMS, push notifications) to keep players informed about promotions, events, andpersonalized offers.

    Campaign Management:
    Plan and execute campaigns, including automated and ad-hoc campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple channels.

    Bonus Management:
    Manage the bonus efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns and initiatives.

    A/B Testing:
    Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing to improve conversion rates and engagement metrics.

    Data Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze KPIs and player behavior, providing insights and recommendations for improving effectiveness.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with marketing, product, fraud, operations and customer support teams to align initiatives with overall business goals and maintain a consistent player experience.

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    Proven experience in campaigns management within the online casino or iGaming industry.
    Proficiency in campaign management tools and software.
    Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
