    About the Communications & Partnership (C&P)

    Department:
    The Department centralises the organisation's fundraising efforts, coordinates, pitches, and secures private funding from corporate partners/ donors.

    C&P engages its key stakeholders such as the volunteers, donors and corporate partners to sustain the organisation's programmes and services.

    The incumbent will look at helping to co-lead, manage, and coordinate the scope of the corporate partnership to manage various stakeholders' relations for resource mobilisation, raising funds, philanthropic resources, CSR partnerships, and/ or awareness and all forms of communications.

    As part of reporting and accountability, stewardship reports need to be generated to track fund utilisation.


    Responsibilities:
    Daily housekeeping of the organisation's Donor Mailbox.
    Be familiar with the protocols and fundamentals of the various types of donations and donor/ partner management.
    Manages and monitors the organisation's donation platforms.
    Keeps track of donations in-kind, such as rations, and channelling resources across centres.
    Tracks and monitors donor/ partner status, and activities with the organisation.
    Pitch for funding for programme sustenance/ new programmes aligned with the organisation's mission and vision.
    Plans and executes annual Givers' Appreciation Lunch for top-tier partners/ donors.
    Develop eDMs to engage existing donors/ partners while cultivating new ones.
    Produces reports of the organisation's tracking, engagement, and auditing purposes.


    Requirements:
    Degree Holder preferably with some social service experience
    Has at least 3-4 years of experience in administration, project management, customer relations, and hospitality.
    Understand the importance of relationship building, management, and sustainability.
    Plans, manages and executes fundraising campaigns according to the evolving needs of our services.
    Develop and drive new and ongoing campaigns.
    Able to work independently and as a team.
    Manages existing corporate donors while cultivating new partners through strategic pitching efforts.
    Keeps check and maintains corporate donor/ partner databases and provides reports for accountability.
